We are now offering bike box rental services and have have a number of "bikeboxalan" and the latest Polaris EVA Bike cases available to rent or purchase.

Having used and tested (to destruction!) many bike boxes and bags from £100 to £500 with varying degrees of success these are by far the best cases we have come across even including SciCon cases (a remarkable resemblence you may note!). At 11kgs for a pretty indestructible box they are perfect for long haul flights with your prized racing steed!

We currently have seven Bike Box Alan and two Polaris EVA Cases to rent in Henley-on-Thames and can courier to anywhere in the UK next day for £20 each way.

If you would like to rent a case please email us for availability (please ask well in advance of any holidays you are planning. Typically if you are doing an event such as the Etape du Tour hundreds of others from the UK will be too!)

NB Collection / Delivery: Please note - a LOCAL collection and delivery is available at extra cost - within 5 miles of Henley-on-Thames typically £10 each way. We now have a reliable courier service and can offer next day delivery to anywhere in the UK for just £20 each way so a lot of people are now finding this the easiest way to get hold of a box unless you are within easy driving distance of our pickup location (here).

NEW - Bike packing service: Packing the cases is pretty simple but due to feedback from our regular customer base we are also offering a bike packing service. This is typically a 1 hour session where we show you how best to fit bike into the box and importantly how to adjust headset and check other essentials properly when you get to your destination. This is very popular so there is limited availability. Cost is £40 per session and can be done at our workshop when you pick the box up (just bring your bike and take it back in the box!).
