We have two highly experienced sports massage therapists working with Olympic-class athletes.
Tom is based in Henley-on-Thames covering the Henley and Reading area with a background in martial arts and olympic athletes also working with elite cyclists, runners and triathletes.
Helena is based in Wallingford covering Wallingford and Oxford and is highly experienced with international rowers, cyclists, runners and triathletes.
Rates are typically £45/hour depending on number of sessions and requirements (please contact us for further details)
We can also advise on postural analysis and core development/core stability exercises.
